COMPRESSED
AIR LEAK SURVEY
When
air escapes from a high pressure to a low pressure system, turbulence or
movement of air molecules is created which produce ultrasonic signal. A leak
rate that will empty a 1cc container in 45 minutes can be detected with a
high quality airborne ultrasonic detector.
IRIS provides Compressed Air Leak Survey complete with tagging the leak
source for identification and reporting. A complete report is submitted
which outlines the savings and recommendations. Our inspectors are certified
and experienced in Airborne Ultrasound. We thoroughly look for the wasted
energies in your facility through Compressed Air Leak Survey for safety,
economic, and operational efficiency improvements.
